Job Title:- F&O D365 Functional Consultant
Type:- 12 month Contract
Location:- Remote with workshops on customer sites once per month
Start date:- ASAP
Rate:- £450-£525 per day Inside IR35
We are looking for an experienced D365 Functional Consultant with expertise in retail, commerce, and wholesale operations to support end-to-end processes, including intercompany transactions with partners such as M&S, eBay, and overseas branches. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with D365 F&O, particularly in the retail and commerce modules, and a deep understanding of integrating these systems to meet complex business needs.
Key Skills & Experience:
5+ years' experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant
Strong knowledge of D365 F&O Commerce and Retail modules
Proven experience in retail, wholesale, and partner integration (e.g. M&S, eBay)
Expertise as a Functional Consultant in Wholesale/Partner solutions
Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methodology
Familiarity with D365 F&O frameworks (Surestep, Success by Design)
D365 Functional Consultant certification (essential)
Additional certifications (MB310, MB330) are advantageous
Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops with clients to capture and document requirements
Perform fit-gap analysis and create functional specifications
Execute and document functional unit testing
Attend client meetings across the UK (Cornwall/Bristol) for workshops (1 per month)
